Founded in 2023, LittleMonkey Metal (Hebei Xiaohou Metal Products Co., Ltd.) is built upon a foundation of extensive industry expertise. We specialize in the deep processing of wire mesh, primarily manufacturing BBQ grill meshes, oven racks, metal mesh frames & baskets, drying/baking nets, and custom-shaped wire products.
As an integrated manufacturer focused on R&D, production, and sales, we have rapidly expanded our global reach. Our products are exported to over 30 countries and regions, including Japan, South Korea, Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia.

Production Capacity:
Precision Manufacturing at Scale
At LittleMonkey Metal, our 3,000-square-meter facility is engineered for precision, efficiency, and scalability. We combine advanced machinery with the expertise of our 50 technicians to transform high-grade wire into reliable, custom metal products.
Our production begins with advanced laser cutting machines, ensuring accurate and versatile shaping tailored to your specific blueprints. For forming, our five CNC 2D bending machines deliver remarkable precision, holding tolerances to within 1 millimeter for consistent, high-quality frames.
Efficiency is key. Our five wire forming machines significantly accelerate the creation of mesh and components, streamlining lead times. The core of our welding operation is powered by twenty pulse argon arc welders, a setup that enables a daily production capacity of 5,000 square meters of welded mesh while ensuring strong, clean, and durable joints.
This integrated setup—from precise cutting and bending to rapid forming and high-capacity welding—allows us to maintain strict quality control at every stage.
